- Full payment is required to secure a spot in any workshop. Payment must be completed via the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before a workshop are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before a workshop will receive a 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.

Workshop Cancellations by Us:
- If True Canada Crafts cancels a class for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including course materials, videos, recipes, and images, is owned by True Canada Crafts and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
