3. Registration and Payment

  • To participate in a workshop, you must register through our website and provide accurate personal information.
  • Full payment is required to secure a spot in any workshop. Payment must be completed via the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before a workshop are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before a workshop will receive a 50% refund.
    • No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
  • Workshop Cancellations by Us:
    • If True Canada Crafts cancels a class for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including course materials, videos, recipes, and images, is owned by True Canada Crafts and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.
